Interested in starting a Chess Club?

Are you interested in starting a Chess Club and making new friends?  Want to learn how to play chess, improve your skills, or teach beginners the rules and strategy of the game?

Then make the right move and join the Dean of the John M. Pfau Library, Cesar Caballero, on Tuesday, February 26, for a meeting to discuss what the club would entail, including opportunities to compete locally, regionally, and beyond.

Date:         Tuesday, February 26

Time:         2:00-3:30 p.m.

Location:  PL-5005M (Library Multimedia Center Conference room)

The meeting will include a brief tutorial on playing chess, given by Mark Ortiz, a CSUSB computer science and engineering student.

Light refreshments will be provided.
