Weight Watchers has inspired people to adopt healthier lifestyles in order to lose weight and keep it off. Weight Watchers first launched their “POINTS” program in 1997, which helped members by providing a set of tools for making healthier choices. This program is focuses on learning how to make better food choices, learning proper portion sizes, keeping track of those hidden bites throughout the day, and maintaining an energy deficit. Weight Watchers’ new, easy-to-use Points Plus program has new set of food rules, and nutrition guides. The display can be found on the first floor by Circulation.
For more information about the Weight Watchers group please contact the CSUSB organizer, Catrina Mancha at firstname.lastname@example.org. The group of 24 has lost over 116.2!
