Women’s History Exhibit

In 1987, Congress designated March as Women’s History Month to recognize and celebrate the contributions of women worldwide.

Keep trying. Take care of the small circle around you. When you have succeeded with them, then move outwards, one small step at a time. –Audrey Hepburn

To celebrate Women’s History Month, the Pfau Library is currently presenting the following displays:

“Women Past and Present” -featuring items from library archives.

“Firsts in Women’s Achievements” a time line, featuring the first women to create, discover and empower WOMEN.

Lastly my favorite: “FASHION THROUGH TIME” a display of clothing on loan from CSUSB’s Theater Arts Costume Department. Come and see how Fashion has changed through time!

All displays can be found on the first floor of the Library. Come to the library and discover something new!
