The Library has been busy working hard on our June and July displays with the assistance of a volunteer CSUSB student intern, Dorothy Jacques. When you have time, please stop by and view the various exhibits and new display cases.
When you walk through the library you will find the following:
1st Floor on the right hand side wall (walking into the Library from the north side)
Welcome to the City of San Bernardino: exhibit courtesy of San Bernardino County Museum. These amazing posters give information about San Bernardino history that individuals of all ages will be interested in reading.
Across from Circulation:
San Bernardino and Lake Arrowhead History: Pictures, pens, maps, plates and an I LOVE San Bernardino Sticker are featured in three display cases. All of the items are from the Pfau Library Archives collection.
Native American display:
Map of Indian Nations in the United States, Indian figurines, pictures, and current library books make up the two display cases.
Cinco De Mayo:
This colorfully eye catching display honors Cinco de Mayo History. Pictures and artifacts create a beautiful display of the historical meaning of the holiday.
Between the Old & New Elevators
In appreciation to the City of San Bernardino Fire Department and the CSUSB Facilities personnel! We have a great display featuring pictures of past San Bernardino fires, Tony Simpson and his team hard at work during the Cal State fire. The display is being guarded by a tall Fireman.
Walking down the hall across from the new Elevators are the Schofield Display cases
Water Display-features a “Fountain” painting on loan, painted by one of our own CSUSB students: M. Stephen Moon. It’s an oil on-canvas measuring 24×30.

2nd Floor next to PL-2006
A culmination of graduation pictures from 1972 to 2007, and a program from the ceremony in 1957 complete the display. Items on loan from the CSUSB Bookstore make for a great acknowledge of past and present graduations.
